1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and engaging ITZ Total Solutions for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services.

2. Services Provided

ITZ Total Solutions provides various business process outsourcing (BPO) services, including Data Entry, Virtual Assistant services, Data Processing, CRM Data Management, and Administrative Support. The specific scope, duration, and pricing for each engagement are outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, timely, and complete information, materials, and access necessary for us to perform the contracted services. We are not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed materials provided by the client.

4. Confidentiality

Both ITZ Total Solutions and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, business processes, and client data shared during the course of the engagement. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials produced by ITZ Total Solutions during the execution of contracted services, including data outputs, reports, and processed files, become the sole property of the client upon full payment of all related invoices. ITZ Total Solutions retains the rights to its own internal tools, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ITZ Total Solutions or its suppliers be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in the preceding month.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the specific Statement of Work or contract. Standard termination requires written notice as stipulated in the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website and our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
